Satellites
The deadline for proposals is 1 February.
Proposals for official satellites are invited.
Venues for stand-alone satellites should normally be in the UK or Republic of Ireland and be held either immediately preceeeding or following the main Congress and should be a maximum two days in duration. Satellites in mainland Europe will also be considered if transport links to Birmingham provide ease of access.
The IUPS will agree to a reciprocal co-marketing between the IUPS Congress and the satellite but is unable to offer either financial or administrative support for stand-alone events.
Birmingham offers an excellent selection of top-class venues. Satellites that aim to be held in the City of Birmingham will receive advice in sourcing and securing an appropriate venue and accommodation. |
