International Early Career Symposium

In conjunction with IUPS 2013, we are delighted to invite you to attend the International Early-Career Symposium (IECS 2013) to be hosted by the College of Medical and Dental Sciences at the University of Birmingham, on Saturday 20th July 2013.

is being organised by an international committee of early career scientists, and offers an exciting opportunity for scientists at the start of their career to present their work and to network with a global audience of peers.

The theme for will be Clinical and Translational Physiology, with the aim of integrating basic physiological research across all systems with its resulting therapeutic applications. The meeting will be divided into focussed sessions covering the current major areas of interest in human health and disease and will cater to post-graduate students and postdoctoral workers from diverse backgrounds. It is also free to attend and will include a fun evening social event!

The key deadlines are as follows:

Abstract submission - 31 March
Registration - 21 June
